US Bank CX Experience
U.S. Bank wanted to unite bank channels to provide a seamless customer experience and remove barriers for people to connect with U.S. banks. Established storylines for online banking and an experience strategy that would cross channels to create and build the brand experience. Every channel engaged with supplied consumer behaviors that allowed the next step to continue the journey on whichever channel they were involved with following.
