Hydro One Customer Journeys and Experiences
The enhanced web portal solution will be a lynch pin feature that enables Hydro One to share customer information and meet customer expectations about how they use and understand their energy usage. The set of tools that Hydro One will provide the customer will augment the core features provided by My Accounts.
The Enhanced Web Portal will provide a seamless view for the customer of habits, recommendations and communication with Hydro One. Along with the CSR tool, it will harmonize and coordinate commucation in a bi-directional way.
