As a leading source of financing for mortgages in the United States, Fannie Mae purchases mortgages from lenders and helps facilitate the flow of capital into the housing market by issuing and guaranteeing mortgage-related securities.

Part of a large team of eight CX/UX leaders that were brought in to transform Fannie Mae's many platforms that were built by many vendors in different ways. Challenge was to make the various departments and components work, look, and feel like one cohesive brand. All the redesigning had to be done without disrupting the financial funding of mortgages with financial institutions. This was done through agile methodology processes.
